Rank your best eating fish

Just pondering a plethora of questions. One of them is which fish do you express consider the best eating fish, including all salt water and all fresh water fish...in the order of your best liked down to the least liked?

Ling
Spanish Mackerel
Crappie
Catfish

Least favorite, probably Gar

Red snapper for salt and I haven't eaten many fresh water fish but rainbow was pretty good.

Number 1 is Fresh Alaska Red King Crab

All other species are tied for 2nd. I love all seafood.

Fried Flounder or fried Orange Roughy are my favorite. Most of the time I have striper, sandbass or catfish. All are great fish to eat.

I love all seafood but grew up with freshwater only. Crappie filets, whole scaled and gutted bream/perch and whole skinned catfish (1-2lbs) fried with cornmeal and salt. Thats just what I like because its what I grew up with. Love cobia, snapper, redfish, etc as well but when I crave fish, it's good old fried freshwater fish.
