New 6v feeder motor

I tried connecting it to 2 different rechargable 6v batteries. 1 battery tests at 6.1 volts and spins the motor perfectly. The other tests at 6.34 and the motor does nothing. ???

Other than dirty contact points on the one battery where the wires contact them I don't know what would cause that

Will be checking back to see what the outcome was
