Sorry for the rookie question....I know trad bows but pretty much zero about compounds.
Is the draw length measured to the back of the riser or the deepest part of the grip? (or neither)
I've got a compound that according to the installed modules should be 26" but when I draw the string until it stops it is 3-4" in front of my chin with a slightly-bent bow arm. I'm right at 29" with a "thumb on cheekbone" anchor with a trad bow.
I would need another 5-6" of draw-length with this bow to get close to an anchor point. I wouldn't think I have 30+" draw with a compound.
