Can someone make this for me?

I need a mesquite (preferred) or cedar box, 7.5" wide, 5" deep, 4.5" tall with a slide in bottom that is locked with a small screw. I would like for that screw to be the only visible hardware, meaning the sides and top should be sealed. I'd like the top and side edges to be rounded / beveled. While I have woodworking skills, I do not have the skills or tools to make this. This box is for a very special friend and I need it to be made with special care.

I'm also going to search the Amish funiture for a similar box.
