    Broadcast summer plots

Last fall I broadcast 50lbs of crimson clover on a gas pipeline ROW and it came up nicely this spring

On Easter Sunday I broadcast 6 lbs of white dutch clover on a little less than 2 acre patch
Will gauge my results Father's Day weekend.

Now I'm thinking I want to do a summer plot in hopes of continuing it on into the fall.
Since clover comes up so easy I was thinking about going back with that but didn't want to do crimson or white dutch.
What is the cheapest clover seed I could get to broadcast on 3 acres?

Anything else that would broadcast good in the late spring?
    Wheat?
    Cereal Rye?
    Oats?

Really didn't want to do legumes or anything I had to disc in.

    Summer plot

No oats wheat or elbow rye. Those are winter plots
I suggest a little grain sorghum and lots of fertilizer on the edges of the plots.

Share before and after photos please.

Slightly disappointed, my Laredo Forage beans didn't come up. Sprouted a tiny root and died. Not sure what happened.
