I’ve always had it and my kids have it. My Dr prescribed Advair and it’s really controlled it.

I had it as a kid.

Best try and work out what triggers it.

      Talk to your GP.

It can turn deadly very quickly

Don't treat asthma with over the counter drugs. Go see a pulmonary Dr., Or at least your GP. Get an inhaler. Asthma can cause death when you don't treat it.

        .....and God Bless America.

Advair was a game changer for my wife. She went years with not properly treating it. An inhaler with her at all times and predisone when it got bad. She was in comma for 9 days in her fifth month of pregnancy from an asthma attack. Ventilated with a collapsed lung. That was 17 years ago and not an issue one after she was prescribed Advair.
If it’s a problem don’t screw around with over the counter crap. Go see a specialist.

Advair changed my life then started getting allergy shots 2 years ago. I was a severe asthmatic (ambulance rides and plenty of er trips) and with those two things its not gone but its hardly a concern.

Just to let you know, Advair is expensive, at least it is with my insurance. I’m supposed to take it twice a day but I only take it once and it still makes a world of difference.

I have been taking the Fasenra injection for a year now and it has been a life changer for me. I have had bad asthma my whole life. I couldn't go anywhere without my rescue inhaler. I keep it in the truck now just in case but haven't used it in a long time.

Suffered from Asthma all my life. Can't go anywhere without a rescue inhaler. Advair seems to work best, I only take it twice a week. Expensive stuff. Best thing I can tell you is go to Mexico where you don't need an Rx... $5 for a rescue inhaler and $20 for Advair.

I'd say let's do a "run for the cure," but none of us would finish the race!

I'd finish the race in the back of an ambulance.....

About 10 years ago I started having cough variant asthma. It sucks. It is worse after sleeping.
