Feed wagon prices

Looking to find a good used feed auger to fill protein feeders. What is the going rate? What are things to look for? This is the first time I have ever needed one.

Might check with the feed store. Del Rio feed charges $35 a ton to rent theirs. I don’t have to worry about fixing it when it breaks. Lol

Depending how much feed you need to put out depends on what size and how far you need to travel to refill. They all have their ups and downs. I like the Bruton easy feed personally. Blows feed a lot faster than the atascosa ones. Whatever you end up with I recommend building platform on the back of it. If you can pull along side your feeders use can just fill off the platform and not jack with pulling a ladder out every time.

New is 14-18k
I know of a used one in the 6500-7000 range.

I would also get rid of the dust head and go with straight hose. Easier to handle and get feeders full.
