      Ill do mayo on thicker fish when grilled. Mayo then seasoning. Ill have to try it on beef or pork next

          I always butter my bread or buns with butter and toast them on my griddle for burgers or hot sandwiches, sliders etc. Recently saw a guy using mayo instead of butter and he said it was great. I tried it and it is not that bad. Gives a different flavor.
