There's a reason this nut job is looking for a new hunter every year. Almost sounds like some kind of swingers lease. Can't hunt without wives, no single guys, must live in Austin etc wierdo

I'm looking for spots for me and the wife but not this type of hunting lease

I talked with him (lease manager). He calls it a year-round lease, but you can only hunt or go to the lease when he, his wife, and all the other hunters are there. He also told me the place is crawling with hogs, but he doesn’t want you to shoot them because you will scare the deer away. And yes, he was insistent on finding a husband/wife team. Very strange!

I had to drive around and post ads at local feed stores. I recommend the same.

I printed small letter requests, had them laminated, and taped them on gates. Had 4 lease offers in a week. Have two great places to hunt now with exotics and pay a fraction of standard lease prices. It worked for me and worked fast. Took some time and miles but paid off.
