    Gas cut off???

So we have power but it appears no natural gas (hot water heater/heat pumps/stove). We have Atmos but they do not have a 24-hour outage number-lol.

    Any advice?

They may not have an outage # but I can guarantee you they have a 24 hr contact #

You might call 411 if you have that information number. I know dispatchers have an Atmos emergency number

Never known a utility company not having a outage number. Good luck.

            What he said

A Gas outage would be a disaster right now

How it’s just an undersized excess flow valve tripping or something

My chief sent an email out earlier saying that Atmos was at peak usage at 730pm

One of my customers was telling me Friday that they had been notified by the gas company that noon Saturday they were going to be cutting the gas service off and they would need to fire their boilers on the diesel backup system. Can’t say the name of the customer but I can’t believe of all places they would cut gas off to this place.

Was able to reach a person/it’s through the automated system when you have a leak (not user friendly but anyway). The CS person read a statement that I’m required to have a plumber here onsite when he shows up and that if not they may shut off gas to my house. I just laughed.... well I’m running water and got blankets so let’s go...

That is to light all the pilots and check for leaks. Liability is a B it’s not like you could do it your self!

Guess it’s just a demand issue here

                            Different systems

                            Different piping and demand

Looks to be a system issue and not a common pipeline that feeds the LDC
