Absolutely, back in the day if you made bowl game it was something special. There will be less this year but still too many.

And aTm didn't deserve to be top 4 but with 6 or 8 team playoff they would have a chance. Make the new years 6 bowls the defacto playoff games.

I think it will be a good game, Fl is not near as potent without the te but they have some other players. Sooners have really improved, theyíre both on my list of teams I think are better than nd.

I haven't watched much of OU this season other than highlights, but to me this might be the most compelling bowl matchup.

Three-loss Iowa State finishes two spots ahead of 11-0 Coastal Carolina, who beat the team (Louisiana) that beat Iowa State at home.

To me this is the most interesting matchup. Was hoping it would be ou and aggy though.

Texas vs Colorado brings some bad memories of the Simms/Applewhite B12 championship game in 2001. By far the worse fans I've ever been around at a game.

17 coaches (including Saban, Swinney and Dan Mullen) voted Ags at #4.
Fisher had Ags at #3 (as did Malzahn and Kirby Smart and two others)
Jeremy Pruitt had Ags at #2.

Fisher had ND at 4, OSU at 5, tu at 25.

Brian Kelly had Ags at 6, Cinci at 5, OSU at 4

The only coach that had Ags lower than #6 is Spavital.

Jeremy Pruitt is an idiot. Lol. That has nothing to do with Aggy anymore than any other team not called Alabama or Clemson.

The coaches don't really vote though...do they?

I didn't check all of the SEC coaches, but O had them at 5.

From what I saw, there was fairly predictable conference bias.
