A father and his 5 year old son are hunting together. The son is too small to hold gun and see through the scope. The father aims the rifle and the son pulls the trigger when instructed. Both are in possession of a valid hunting license. Who tags the deer?

I can't imagine why someone would do that, but my opinion is that the one holding the gun is responsible. If you are aiming at a deer and the gun 'accidentally' goes off, you're the shooter. The kid is just your remote trigger.
Game Warden hears the shot and zooms in on you holding a smoking gun. Who is he gonna say shot the deer?
"Well you see, officer, yes I already used all my tags. I was just holding this gun for the little feller. He shot this deer because his finger pulled the trigger."
