    Ham Goodness

    Had a spiral ham I got around Christmas on the cheap. Slow smoked for 6 hours till an internal temp of 145. Made a glaze with the HEB glaze mix and added brown sugar, peach preserves, maple syrup, and Crown Royal that someone gave me (I don`t drink liquor). OH MY !!

              I put it on extreme smoke (180 degrees) for about 4 hours and the kicked it up to 245 for a couple more. It was actually a little dry. I think that keeping it at 180 for so long cooked out too much moisture. My next one I`m going to try 250 for the entire cook and see how it turns out.
