    No elk permits on E-plus in any of the GMU's that you listed.

          So the place is almost due north of Clayton up in the plateaus. Any hunting advice in that area?

            Is it just a few miles north of Clayton or is it 20-30 miles north of Clayton?

            Right around Clayton is awesome antelope country.....you might see an occasional elk but if its further North right on the Colorado/Oklahoma border then that is good elk country. They even have bighorn sheep up there.
