What’s Your Preferred Lease Sidearm?

Curious to see what everyone’s lease sidearm?

I am open to new ideas for a good reasonably priced deer lease side arm.

I currently carry a Rossi .357 3” Revolver staggered with hollow points and rat/snake shot. I am not worried about it being banged up, dusty, or wet. It operates flawlessly every time.

Thinking about something more compact and lightweight in a revolver though.

What are you carrying?

Sometimes .380 LCP in front pocket.
Sometimes subcompact .40.
Sometimes Judge with 3- .410's and 2- 45 LC's.
Sometimes a Glock 40 in 10mm.

All borrowed from a friend of course .

I think your 3" Rossi is just about as good as it gets for an all around do it all pistol for lease work.

Same here. Some of my favorite ‘ranch personas’ are the guys in unscuffed Chippewas, pressed jeans w/ tucked in button downs, short brim felt hats, and big pistols on their side.

A judge would be my preferred ranch sidearm, various rifles in the truck work fine though.

Cz 75b 9mm most of the time but I mix it up with my .357 security six, xds 45, and shield 9mm. This year I’ll have a .22 mag in a crossdraww holster thanks to Academy and their $99 special. Lol
