Well after talking with Bob over a period of a few months and looking at everything else on the net. I finally put a deposit on a Blueridge build today. Sounds like they’re booked up, so it’ll be a few months of wait. Shot my friends Blueridge in January and I was blown away. Going with spalted wood and Texas ebony in #47 range. Can’t wait!

IMHO, the Blueridge is the best bow model Bob has ever come up with. I guess that’s why I own 4 of them!

Bob has been building some pretty awesome looking bows using spalted limb veneers. The Blueridge is a darn good platform to begin with, so I'm guessing that your bow will do everything that you want it to do.

You'll love it!! Bob builds great bows. He's fun to hang out with too if you're close enough to him to pick it up in person.

Well, I put my order in for a custom Sarrels Blueridge build back in August after shooting my buddies Blueridge at out local 3D shoot. Bob got it to me about a week ago and I didn’t waste any time, took her hunting the very next day. Im 100% satisfied with the bow and Bobs customer service. Bob did a fantastic job with the wood choices and the fit and finish is great. This Blueridge draw feels totally different from my recurves and feels more like a 40# bow, ultra smooth draw. Kinda wishing I would have gone with a 50# bow now. Ended up changing the riser material and went with Cocobolo and Bacote with some Phenolic for additional strength and stabilcore carbon in the limbs.
