Some type of steel bracket/support. I'll get some better pics of the underside this weekend.

If you're talking about on the concrete footings....they left drill stem sticking out of the anchor holes in the concrete and put the timber footings onto them.

Got to test it out today. Drove the Kubota and 4wheeler over it. It's awesome.
