We have used this guy several time when we leased at Priddy. Did a great job. They are usually closed on Thanksgiving day though. I think it is owned by Heith Mayes.

I've used Perk's in Brownwood several times in the past, and they were good. It's been a few years since I used them though.

If you drive a little further north to Cross Plains, Butcher Block Meat Processing is excellent.

Wesley Head in Goldthwaite. He trims the silver skin off and tenderizes if you want him to. 325-451-4158. Tell him Mark said to call. He will treat you right.

Thanks guys... we live in Liberty Hill, but stayed a couple of days in Brownwood while we hunted at our property. We passed on a couple of 8’s.. thank y’all fine the info.
