Mine started with just a slight irritation yesterday. I'm a daily Zertac person (not D). Woke up from my afternoon nap just a moment ago. And my left cavity was shut. That's my good one. The other had some damage done to it as a teen. And had to be repaired with plastic. So it's always had some restricted flow.
