Default Age guess? Will he even make 13"?

Looks like lots of venison, but not much of a rack. What's your guess on age, and if he will make the AR 13" minimum?

6.5, 115, and no to 13”. If his dad wasn’t his brother and his mom his cousin, maybe ole dummy’s rack would be better.

He needs to be sent to deer heaven so he can’t reproduce.

I don't have an age minimum, but I do let several good buck walk each year hoping to get them to 4 years old. To me he looks past his prime, and may never be legal. May need to be coyote bait

Age is 4 and the 13 is to close. Just not worth it, if you have to ask. Wait till the rut and maybe he will break a side off.

He's old could be 4.5 could be 7.5 he needs to go !
I really think TP&W should start a program that you could take a trailcam pic to the local office and they for a small fee could give you a permit to take that deer ,it would be simple to do and would bring in income which is really all TP&W is concerned with anyway !

I hope you're right because I'd like to get him out of here. The laws intent was to protect young deer. I don't see any reason for this deer to be illegal.

No full frontal pics? Difficult to say from the pics provided but I do believe he will be wider than 13". That deer is at least 6.5.

That dude is 11 3/4”- 12 1/4”. It looks like he barely clears the tips even with his ears laid back. No sunshine...no shoot.

Good luck on the failed recovery. JK.

GW said he definitely looks old, but doesn't look over 13" so he's not legal. I hope this deer had a better rack in his prime since he's probably gonna get a pass now.

"I’ll take a look but if it’s not 13 inches it isn’t legal to shoot. No doubt the intent is to let young bucks get old, but older bucks are sometimes not legal bucks."

"Definitely looks like an older buck but I would guess he isn’t outside 13 inches"
