Default KB Ranch 10 Point Buck Energy Balls

Love the name? If you hunt with kids you know they get hungry. So do you. I throw 2 or 3 of these in my pack when I head out in the morning.

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups of Oats
1/3 cup of Honey (I recommend using Agave Honey, itís a little thinner and mixes better)
1/3 cup Chocolate/Peanut Butter Chips or dried fruit (Cranberry's is good)
1/3 cup Peanut Butter (All natural peanut butter does not work well)

 Prep time: 15 minutes
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix.
2. The mixture will be thicker than cookie dough.
3. Once mixed, shape into balls and place them on a cookie sheet.
4. Place energy balls into the refrigerator for at least one hour.
5. Depending on the size of energy balls, this recipe usually yields around 12 balls.

My wife does this except she adds shredded coconut as well. It’s really good.
