Default Mexican grits

Makes 4 servings

First you cook up some venison pan sausage. Set that action aside and get your water going for some grits. 4 servings, and none of that instant bidness. Take some of the crumbles and grease from the sausage and just dump that in your water for a lil mo seasonin. Right as you put the grits in, throw in about 1/4 cup chopped jalapeņos. Lawdy dats gon be spicy!

While the grits is doing their thing, take you a block of cojita cheese and shred it. Maybe about half a cup. Kill the heat on them grits and stir in however much deer sausage you want along with the cojita cheese.

Serve with Cholula chipotle sauce. Dems good grits right there.
