Default Incredible venison marinade

My wife made this as the kabob recipe, but the meat was so good now she just cuts the backstrap into medallions, marinades, and grilled them to medium rare. She also made it using a back leg roast cut into steaks and it was every bit as good and just about as tender. This marinade is without a doubt the best I have ever tasted with any game meat.

We made this a couple of days ago and my kids claimed it was the best deer we have ever eaten. Keeping this one for the future!

As an update, this marinade is even better when you cut the backstrap into 1 thick medallions and marinade for 4-6hrs. Then do each medallion with bacon like filet mignon, sear the outside on a 600 degree grill, cut the heat and let the grill come down on its own to 180. Let sit for 5mins and serve.

Have you tried this on any other meats? It looks like it would be good for just about anything. Pork?
