Default Bacon Explosion...... y’all need to try it

So I made a bacon Explosion and it was pretty good. I changed a couple of things in mine.

This is my recipe
1# of hamburger meat
1# of breakfast sausage
2 fresh jalapeños diced and slightly sautéed in butter
1 package of cream cheese
8 oz. of mozzarella cheese
1/2 link of boudin
2 packages of bacon
Seasoning

For the inside........ mix cream cheese, mozzarella, boudin and jalapeños. Shape to fit inside meat mixture.

Middle layer....mix beef and breakfast sausage. Flatten. Sprinkle seasoning to your liking.

Put cheese mixture on meat and roll meat around the cheese. Make sure it’s sealed real well to avoid cheese mixture leaking out.

On separate cookie sheet, place bacon in a basket weave.

Place meat roll on bacon weave and carefully roll bacon around meat.

Looks like a heart attack waiting to happen. Totally overboard and excessive!

I like it!
