Does anyone know if this will work for spreading powdered ag lime?

That’s a topdress unit. It might work, but you would probably suffocate yourself in the process

The companies that sell lime in bulk a lot of times have a spreader truck for delivery

I would have it spread or get the buggy spreader from the company.

Yeah you don’t wanna use that. If you buy powder have the truck come drop it where you want it. If it’s dry shouldn’t be a problem.
