I'm about to set up my bow for broadheads (thunderhead 100). Does adjusting the rest for broadhead flight mess with the field point flight?

Yes, but less so than broadheads.

Yes but thats the point. Make minor adjustments until they both hit the same spot

i see. I just didnt want to shoot different with both and have it be all over the place.

If your rest is tuned right they will both hit at the same point.
