    Inserts

What is the best way to secure inserts in your arrow? I have used the Bohning Feriltite on aluminum arrows before, but wasn't sure if it would work for carbon arrows since it has to be heated. I have tried super glue, but it doesn't hold up well.

I see where Bohning has a product called "INsert Iron" but I haven't used it. Anyone used this before and how did it work out for you?

I do not remember the brand it is just a 2 part eopxy that sets up in 5 minutes. I get every thing ready and use a popsicle stick to put a little around the insert and push it in and bang the end on a wood block. Make sure you get it all the way down or you may end up with a gap between the end of the insert and the end of the arrow. I have a paper towel with acetone on it to wipe the excess off before it dries. I only mix enough to do 3 arrow at a time and then I mix some more.
