No doubt. He called a good game. It didnít hurt that KC has a historically bad defense and riddled with injuries on offense. They should be sitting at 9-2 or 8-3 at worst when New England rolls into town, thatís the game he has to win if he wants people to believe in him.

ok..so they had a good win - one win doesn't change his body of work. Every time you touch your key board trying to elaborate anything above mediocre you are just pounding sand.

Bob is mediocre...could he transition to an elite coach? Maybe...

I dont think you guys can blame BOB on this loss. Penalties cost the Texans. Two TDís were handed to the colts after a 3rd down stop each time by either defensive holding or unnecessary roughness both on receivers that were not part of the play. Add on top the TD where they blew the whistle before Watson even went down ďin the name of safetyĒ and ended up getting smacked anyway after they blow the whistle. That was a BS play that changed the course of the game.

Herman had way more talent than TCU and still lost. Gary Patterson is a good coach with as much passion as anyone in the game. I would Love to see him in Austin where he could recruit at the top. Longhorns would then be able to be on top again!

Texas may be in a death spiral from which it may not recover.
Totally embarrassing to see.
Hermans hard headedness is probably gonna keep him from revamping his staff which in turn will cost him his job.

Vegas had the game a 1 point game, Texas favored, from what I hear Sam lost that game not Herman, but I did not get to see much of it so just typing what I heard.

Garyís boys were ready to play and Hermanís werenít! The only reason the odds makers had it that way is because Texas almost got beat by Kansas the previous week. Herman didnít build U of H neither did Sumlin! Art Briles built Houston. I like TCU but being such a small school hurts them. If Patterson would have went to UT when they wanted him (b4 Charlie Strong) Ut would be on top and flying high.

Maybe so, that being said Herman gets at least 4 years to prove himself, all his recruits are freshmen and sophomores, I like Patterson as well, he should have taken that job, may never come around again.

Leaning on sam to be superman each game finally caught up to herman.
The D let that freshman qb look like a heisman candidate (same as last week with Kansas qb).

Sam didnt help the cause but 27 points was more than enough. The poor O line play, D schemes, db coverage and poor tackling are the most glaring issues.
Has nothing to do with sam.

5 trips to the red zone and only a few Td's and a missed field goal didnt help.

Herman is really fortunate not to have 2 or 3 more losses on the season already. Oooof. Baylor may be emotionally spent and fold like a cheap lawn chair and Tech is in Austin and isn’t very good. This season could have easily been more of a dumpster fire than it is.

I guess I don't understand people thinking Baylor is going to just be drained from the OU game, they can still win out and make the Big 12 championship

They are 18-22 years old. They are an emotional creature. 😂. They get their dobbers down and sometimes stay down. Blowing that lead and doing nothing in the second half may carry over to this weekend. If Baylor splits their final two games they still go to the Championship gameójust wouldnít be surprised if they are flat Saturday.
