I've hunted the Sam, Angelina, and DCNF but never the Sabine. Drew an antlerless permit for Moore Plantation this year. Looking forward to getting over there for the first time.

Grew up hunting the Sabine National Forest and made some of my greatest hunting memories there. Still hunt it each year around Thanksgiving and will probably hunt it allot more once I retire.

Same here. I was knee high when I first started hunting SNF. Great piece of woods if your willing to put in some footwork.

Hunted Moore Plantation a few years back but haven’t been in two seasons. Drew a doe tag again so I’ll be somewhere on the south end again this year. Good luck everybody, few more days and we’ll be in the woods!
