It sure was tempting to stay in bed this morning, but I made it in. Chest and tricep supersets and some abs. Heavy weight today.

I stepped on a rock that rolled yesterday so my fake hip was killing me this morning. I did some legs anyway to try and work it out. Thank goodness tomorrow is Saturday and I can sleep in.

12 miles on bike b4 rain hit. [emoji605][emoji106] Military presses with light weight at 35 reps done. [emoji2483] May jump rope after I eat something or jump in pool and tread water until I drown!!![emoji854] Need to fast walk 5+ miles or so this evening.
