I watched a video this week with a guy shooting a Red Dixie cup adhered to his target horizontally with the mouth facing open towards him. He took 5 arrows and put four in the cup and narrowly missed on the other.

This week, shoot at the open end of a Dixie cup from 15 yards. Shoot until you miss with each consecutive arrow adding a point to your total. When you miss, your day is done. So, for example, you hit on your first two arrows but miss your third. Your total on day 1 would be two points. Shoot up to 5 arrows a day so that no day’s score may exceed 5 points. Total number of points from all days shot wins. If we have a tie at the end of the week it will come down to the shooter that posted first.

Good challenge Mr Andrew. Im still hunting up the solo cups…it just dawned on me we might have a stash in the travel trailer.

Day 1: 1 point
Found my cup…and the camper was full of natural gas. Since the fridge wasnt turned on and the gas tank was still open the pilot has been bleeding nat gas. Good thing I had a mission to visit the trailer.

Im down to one arrow thats hunt ready. Errant shots at game and target have chewed through my inventory. I thwacked the outside of the cup on the second shot but…not point worthy.

Day 3= 1st arrow hit.
I like that sound of the arrow hitting the cup. Can't seem to get that 2nd arrow to follow the first shot.

I got Junior to shoot…he hit closer to the cup than I.
Day 3: miss

Day 4 - It’s been so long I can’t remember what an arrow hitting the cup sounds like.
