When I moved to Texas 20+ years ago I learned the first rule in the oil field (something about not sticking your fingers where you wouldn’t stick your ) then I was told you never cuss the rain it’s hard to pray for something you were cussing about

I planted sod one month ago and haven’t had a drop since, until last night! It rolled through about 10pm and I woke up at 530 to it still raining a slow steady rain!!
