A guy recently set up his own table buying guns near a police buy back just to **** off the police. They tried initially to stop him, but he prevailed. Saw an article years ago where someone clamped a piece of iron pipe to a board and turned it in to one of these buybacks as a shotgun. Made a few of them and netted a few hundred. Problem is nowadays just the board is $100
