When we had the "shortage" here a while back the wife was in line and saw a lady filling up trash cans. She said the cans didn't even look clean looked like she grabbed them straight from the yard. Lady drove away splashing gas all over.

Yeah during a totally irrational gasoline panic a few years ago I saw some goober filling up two Rubbermaid tubs that were in his trunk. I gave him a wide berth
