    Asf ez-feeder

This new design looks like a pretty good value, anyone given it a shot yet? I like the varmint resistant design, similar to Lamco. $399 @ Bucees

Haven't seen one but I like the price. Just opened the ASF website and it's not listed there either

They are made exclusively for Buc-ee’s. Won’t find any info on them anywhere else. Trust me I looked

They will sell the fire out of those, like that design!

Bought one and put it out this weekend. Slightly shorter than the original but it seems pretty stout. Comes with the standard ASF timer that works pretty good. Only drawback is the poor hinge and latch system on the timer cabinet door but that can be fixed pretty easily.

What kind of conduit is on the motor wires? I see it as a possible weak link when it comes to the stinkin’ coons.

I wish that motor was covered or inside the hopper.

I agree, I think the motor needs to be protected better or inside the hopper altogether but maybe the coons would give up if they can't beat it. That's typically been my experience. If you can beat them they eventually stop coming around until some "over achiever" makes an appearance!

Feeder looks like a great design with good holding capacity for the price. Good value IMO.

Only weak link I saw was the exposed motor as well. Quick trip to Home Depot and 10 bucks later it would be a quick fix.....6" air duct cap
