Not sure, we didn’t stick around long enough to find out. One season was all it took to realize it wasn’t the lease for us. The lease manager has “thong master” (not sure how he spells it) on his corvettes license plate and is known for passing out thongs to ladies on the beach.

How he ever got to be in charge of this lease is beyond me. He told me, “the property owner wants us to shoot every hog we see, but I won’t let anyone on the lease shoot them because it may scare the deer away”. I wonder if the property owner knows about all the extra rules the “manager” has introduced? He also told me it is a year-round lease, but you’re only allowed to go to it on the weekends when all of the others are there. What’s the point of “year-round” access if you can only go when everyone else is there. Definitely not for me!!

I sent out over 50 letters to property owners in areas I was interested in hunting about 2 years ago and didn’t receive a single response
