Brisket sales???

Anyone in N TX seeing any brisket sales for the weekend? I need a couple.

I saw Market Street had choice for 1.77/lb, limit 2. Not sure if that helps.

I looked on line today and thought the same thing. Pork butts and pork ribs were the best prices. 5.77 lb. bone-in ribeye`s were the hottest price on red meat I found(Kroger`s /choice). Grocery chains have slowly learned that they don`t have to give brisket away to get people in the store on a summer holiday. I wished they would have figured that out when I was managing a meat market.

JUST picked up a 16 LBS Choice for $2.49 per LBS at the Kroger on DNT/Windhaven! Had several other "gooduns"

My normal go to Costco usually has prime for $2.49# but today they were $5.99.

I haven't seen decent prices on briskets in a while. Our local Kroger had pork shoulders for .99/lb a couple days ago. We got a couple.
