                      That’s a bad time! Did it with an 8’ brush hog and barbed wire once. Not something i’d like to repeat.

                      In your case, if its only on the one blade, unbolt the blade and the whole bundle will drop out, then just slide the blade out. No/minimal cutting needed.

                        It's not the wire that's bad it is all the poison ivy oil under the shredder.... Torch, grinder, or 18" bolt cutters will make fairly easy work of the wire.
