Went hunting yesterday P.M. Killed 2 hogs at last light. I pulled my card on my camera for the past 8 days and had lots of pictures with 4-5 bucks under feeder at same time. Looks like the main rut is over in N/Erath County. What are you seeing.

Same as you. I’ve been in a blind and out spotting for the last three days. Last night was the first time I saw a mature deer my entire hunt. He was chasing a young doe and never slowed down though. The cards I’ve pulled have shown me the same things multiple shooter bucks at the feeder during daylight prior to my arrival. -
My camera photos in Nacogdoches are at least two bucks together

Main rut, yes, it's over IMO. But you never know when a doe might cycle. Bucks are running the doe off the feeder at my place now.Comment

Peaked week of Thanksgiving. Been way slow since. Should tick back up a little in about 20 days as any does that did not get bred, or take, will cycle again....Comment
