    Weber Kettle thread.

    I like the snake method for low and slow, or the charcoal baskets. What’s your favorite methods ? Favorite charcoal? Post up pics of your setups and food !Click image for larger version

          They are made by Webber. I use one opposite side of the meat, just add wood chunks as needed for smoke and to maintain temps

                Thank you Sir.... I have a big pit/smoker but growing up all we used were the round webers...

                During my college days a little joe cooked up some wonderful meals...

                      I have an older Oklahoma joe that’s collecting dust. Once I learned how to smoke on the Weber, I never looked back. It’s so much easier and fun for me

                        I’m a Weber addict myself, have a 26” kettle, Genesis gasser and the Smoky Mountain. I use the Smoky Mountain for low and slow smoking. Check out the Minion method, I can cook at 225 for around 12 hours that way.

                          Big fan here. I’ve got the slow n sear and vortex and use both but probably SnS more.

                          Probably cook on mine 3-4 times a week. Typically just use Kingsford charcoal but like the BnB lump as well.
