I decided to build a long range hunting rifle after shooting my aoudad sheep at 599 yds. Thought I'd share some pics and specs on the build. Rifle weighs 14.4 lbs and 8 yr. old son shot a great group with it the first trip to the range.

That’s the #13 carbon barrel?

I’ve got a #4 fixing to be spun up. Curious how these bart CFW barrels are gonna perform.

Altus builds great rifles, very expensive. They used to be called C.O.R.E. Solutions.

That's my 8 yr old son, he can't sit and reach it to shoot comfortably.
