Tall buck, but.......

Have a young buck showing up that is pretty tall but I don't think he will make ar 13" rule. So lets get some guesses on his age, spread, and score. I'm not good at the guessing game but I'm going to say,
2 1/2 to 3 years old,
13" inside spread
Score of 115
What do y'all think?

I agree, he may be young but he is legal, he is atleast 15 inches wide, so no the question is do you let him grow to see what his true potential is or do you shoot him,
