Taxidermist - DFW for pheasant

Can anyone recommend a good taxidermist in DFW for a pheasant? Pat at Avian Arts is the no-brainer for birds but unfortunately he’s only doing waterfowl this year. Thanks!

Birdman does incredible work. He wasn’t accepting new birds at the end of last waterfowl season though. Not sure if they’re taking new ones yet or not.
