Sick hog or just plain skinny

I rarely get any hogs during the day, but this little dude showed up just before noon. Think he's just skinny and unfortunate or possibly sick?

My daughter shot a hog on the fairfield lake state park hunt. The thing was all head. Went to quater it and hardly had any meat. Back straps were 1/4 thick hardly any shoulder meat and barely any ham. We chunked it to be safe.
