Weatherby cartridges

How many of yall have them and what do you have? I ve been on this weatherby kick here lately. I recently built a 257 and ordered a 6.5x300. Thinking about another. I will be leaving the state this year for elk and antelope. So maybe thinking about a 240 or 300. I dont need them but i believe leaving my daughters with a pair of camillas in 240 would be cool.

I have a 300, would like to have a 300-378, just for the heck of having something that can send fairly good sized rounds down range at ridiculous velocity. If I never get a 300-378, the 300 is pretty impressive.

I own a .257 wby. Love the cartridge.

I would no mind owning a .270 wby mag. A .300 wby mag is an awesome cartridge, but I went with a .300 win mag in my last Mark V due to ammo availability and selection. Haven’t regretted it yet.

A .240 wby is a pretty light round, I bought my wife a 7mm-08 in A Camilla.

I would not mind a 6.5 rpm but I really have no need for it, for anything I would hunt with it I would carry the .300 for as it’s an ultra-lightweight.

Have the 257 Wby in S2. It is just short of a lazer.

Added another 257 Roy to my line up last year, Mark V Accumark left handed topped it with Meopta glass & she shoots hole for hole. Ear holes & eye balls at 200 no problem.....sad thing is due to personal reasons she might be on the selling block very soon.

I have a 300 and 460 currently. Have owned 257, 270, 338-378, and 378. My 257 never shot all that great, but I would like to get another at some point. The 338-378 was slow, barely above a 340 and no reason to have it when my 378 was Uber-impressive. Sold/Traded them off for other thing s over the years but I’ll hang on to the 300 for utility and the 460 for grins.
