We were with the big name company and a medium company 4 years back and we had the HVAC replaced. The smaller company called to be sure we signed the paper work. The big co never said a word. I fired them.
Been with the medium size co since and here we are 4 years later and we just bought the most expensive ride ever. No calls or emails. Crickets.
Got an email this morning from them saying everything is normal and have a nice day. Really?? How many of your clients bought a 90K truck three weeks ago??
I do not think they are monitoring squat.

Any thoughts from the Brain Trust??????

Just called and they gave a lame explanation. I think they went from pro-active to re-active waiting on us to call and say the wife's Visa is compromised.

Think I may re-enroll with the big name again and use both when the wife's Visa takes a hit.

Any suggestions folks?????
