Those will work, as long as you can get a comfortable cheek weld on the stock. What I like to do is close your eyes bring the rifle to a shooting position get a good comfortable cheek weld with your neck in a comfortable position and the open your eyes. This will tell you if you need to adjust the height or distance of scope for the eye relief.
Anything above 44 will probably require Medium but not all rings are created equal and some sit lower than others.
Make sure you get enough bolt clearance when working the action ..

This is the correct answer. You want a good cheek weld, not a chin weld for consistent shooting.
