    Just random horse pictures

Bored last night and since the horses came up I took a few pictures.

First is Stella. She was born during the great blizzard of February. Her momma is a big mare that can really pull. I expect the same out of this one.

This is Frosty. Also born during the snow storm. She lost the very tips of her ears to frostbite. Her mother is not a big horse but is really athletic and quick.

My yearling stud colt that my wife bought me last year. He was born a year ago April. I like the way he is growing up and I think he will have some size to him.

A picture of Frosty with her mother on the right and her half sister on the left.

    Just random mares.

A nice 2 year old that I am breaking for a lady.

None of these are for sale. Just showing them off.

John, nice looking horses. I gather you are not in Caddo Mills any longer. Good luck with them.

I'm glad you horse guys keep the feed store's stocked with whole oats. Sure does make for some nice affordable food plots in the fall - Just as good as that buck forage stuff.

And take note of all those ears the same in that picture of Frosty with her mother on the right and her half sister on the left. Cool animals.
