Zebu Question

Anyone ever ate zebu? Local preserve has a couple they want to get rid of. Curious to see if anyone has eaten it before and what their temperament was like. Just looking to add to the freezer while getting away for a day or two.

It’s just a Brahma cow or bull totally depends on age sex food etc.

Temperament, still just a small cow or bull in my friends case. They brought in a range raised zebu bull to go with 4-5 hobby farm zebu cows they bought, cows were halter gentle, little bull mopped up the pen with my friend, at least once!
