That's what I wanted to hear. Good luck and I hope he nets out. I took a typical 11pt in Webb county back in 2003 that grossed 179". I knew it was going to be close to book before hunting him but in the end I came up 1 3/8" short. Teeing up the jokes right there. Anyway, that G5 cost him because it took away from his G2 on that side. He had always been a typical 10 prior to that. Oh well sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.

I got a new computer not long ago and I dont see it on here. Let me see if I can take a decent pic of it on the wall. It was right at 21" wide with main beams of 26" and 27" long.

How long were the G3’s and G4s

Left side 10.5 and 8, right side 10.25 and 6. That G4 hurt him as well. Mass was 37" if I recall correctly.

I got 163 before he pulled out the " Good Pics "


Bubba I'm rolling south on Wednesday for about 12 days. Unfortunately the hunting will not be for me primarily as I'm rolling about 5 management hunters through our North LF pasture over about a 10 day period.

I'll get serious with it after Thanksgiving. I seriously need to go to our South LF pasture and put my eyes on this big deer our Cowboys are coming out of their skin about. He's hitting a pivot every evening, but I know once those does go hot all bets are off and he'll be hard to find!
